Children with learning disabilities are not considered exceptional in relation to motor activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the aerobic capacity of learning disabled boys, aged 8 to 10 years. The PWC test was extrapolated in order to obtain maximum oxygen consumption values, considered to be the best single criterion for physical fitness. The learning disabled children performed below the level of comparative groups. It may be implied that learning disabled children need aid motorically as well as cognitively to approach their potential.
