Pseudo-Horner's Syndrome

Academic Article

Abstract

  • Eighteen patients who were studied for Horner's syndrome were found to have ipsilateral ptosis and miosis not due to oculosympathetic paralysis. A systematic approach to the diagnosis of Horner's syndrome should include pharmacologic pupillary testing with topically applied cocaine. © 1982 American Medical Association All rights reserved.
