Sarcoidosis, pulmonary hypertension, and acquired peripheral pulmonary artery stenosis

  • An unusual case of a young woman with sarcoidosis and pulmonary hypertension who developed new bilateral continuous murmurs and was found to have peripheral pulmonary artery stenoses is reported.
