Computed tomographic evaluation of the pathologic lesion for the idiopathic diaphragmatic paralysis

Abstract

  • A case of idiopathic hemidiaphragmatic paralysis was found by computed tomography to be due to the compression of the left phrenic nerve by a calified lymph node in its anatomic course in the mediastinum. Computed tomography is recommended for the evaluation of such a cause of idiopathic hemidiaphragmatic paralysis. © 1982.
