He received a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA/Marketing), Master of Business Administration (MBA/General) from the University of South Florida MUMA college of business and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. He teaches Management, Marketing, and Sales courses in the Marketing, Industrial Distribution, and Economics department of the Collat School of Business.
