    John Chatham received his D.Phil. in 1987 from John Chatham received his D.Phil. in 1987 from the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford in the UK. He completed his post-doctoral training at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 1989. He is currently Professor of Pathology in the Division of Molecular and Cellular Pathology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
