The use of this drug in long-term management of psoriasis has emphasized its hepatotoxicity. The present case report indicates that even low dose intermittent but long-term treatment may produce hepatic cirrhosis. This bears out the warnings issued by the FDA and the manufacturer concerning the use of this drug in the management of psoriasis. © 1972 Southern Medical Association.
