In patients with double-outlet right ventricle (DORV) in whom an arterial switch procedure is planned, knowledge of the origins and distribution of the coronary arteries is important to the surgeon. However, a description of the coronary arteries in DORV has only been reported in isolated cases.1-3 This study describes the patterns of coronary artery distribution in a relatively large group of hearts with DORV. © 1993.
