The term (a/a + d) has been changed to (a/a + b). 2. The term (c/a + b) has been changed to (c/c + d). 3. The term (b/a + d) has been changed to (b/a + b). 4. The term (d/c + b) has been changed to (d/c + d). The formulas reported in the footnote of Table III are correct. Also, the “PR” label in the Table IIA (for HT Control=‘No’) has been corrected to “POR.”.
