We became aware of a few issues related to our recent review of statistical software packages that are devoted primarily to or contain a strong component of exact statistical tests and procedures (Oster and Hilbe 2008) after our review had already gone to press. These issues are focused on our evaluation of a few specific components of SAS and SPSS that involve exact and asymptotic statistical analyses.
