Occult spinal dysraphism: A primer

  • Patients with occult spinal dysraphism are at a high risk for developing symptoms from a tethered spinal cord. Therefore, such lesions should be investigated and dealt with surgically early in life. The following paper outlines this topic and reviews our experience with this pathology.
