Abstract

  • Several novel glycofuranoses disaccharides related to mycobacterial cell wall polysaccharides were synthesized regio- and stereoselectively using 2,3,5-tri-O-benzoyl-α-D-arabinofuranosyl trichloroacetimidate as a glycosyl donor.
