  • Shea Polancich, PhD, RN has been practicing in quality and patient safety for more than a decade. The primary focus of her work is understanding errors in the clinical environment Her work focuses on using the best evidence to redesign the workflow and improve processes in order to prevent patient harm and improve the quality of care.
